1. Introduction

Work Recorder ("the App") is a mobile application developed by Ahmad Alslalmy for tracking and managing workers' daily work activities, hours, and salaries. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Phone number — used for authentication via one-time password (OTP) verification through Firebase Authentication.
• User profile information — your name and role (Admin or Worker) as provided during registration.
• Group and worker data — group names, subgroups, worker names, national IDs, work types, rates, work sessions, and daily work records that you create within the App.
• Device information — basic device and app version data may be collected automatically for crash reporting and app update checks.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the App.
• Store and display your work records, salary calculations, and reports.
• Enable group management features for Admin users.
• Check for critical app updates and notify you when an update is required.
• Display advertisements through Google AdMob to support the App.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Authentication, both operated by Google. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not store your data on any additional third-party servers.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication — for phone number verification and user authentication.
• Firebase Realtime Database — for storing app data.
• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by the third-party services listed above or as required by law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Admin users can permanently delete their account, group, all workers, and all associated data through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all data is removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you within the App.
• Request correction of inaccurate data through the App's editing features.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
